Rodgers, Matthews tops in NFL jersey sales - Ingles

The jerseys of Quarterback Aaron Rodgers and linebacker Clay Matthews III rank 1st and 2nd, respectively, among the top-selling jerseys on NFLshop.com between April 1 and Aug. 30, the league said Wednesday.

Charles Woodson ranks 12th and Donald Driver ranks 23rd on the list.

An NFL official said that, as far as they knew, it was the first time players from the same team had held down the first and second positions.

Among teams, the Green Bay Packers are ranked second, behind the Pittsburgh Steelers, in overall team merchandise sales on the league's retail website.
